St. Maximilian Kolbe Parish will present a Bishop McHugh Regional Catholic School night at Church of the Resurrection, 200 W. Tuckahoe Road, Marmora on Thursday, Feb. 23 at 7 p.m. Hosting the event will be the school's Board of Pastors consisting of Monsignor Peter Joyce, Father Joseph Perreault, Monsignor John Frey, Father John O'Leary and Bishop McHugh's Principal Laura Tomlin. The event will consist of a Q&A session, PowerPoint presentation, displays, early registration for the 3 year old program and a performance by the school's choir. Shadowing Days Announced

Prospective students are invited to take part in a "Shadowing Day" offered several times throughout the school year at Bishop McHugh Regional Catholic School. Your child will be able to get the full Bishop McHugh Regional Catholic School experience by "shadowing" a peer in your child's respective grade. Students will participate in classroom activities, visit the science lab, socialize with other students, and experience state-of-the-art equipment such as SMART Boards.

"Shadowing Days" will be held Friday, Feb. 24, Friday, March 23, by appointment only in April, Friday, May 11 and Monday, May 21. Students are welcome to spend the entire day, from 7:55 a.m.-2:30 p.m. If the dates offered do not conform to your schedule, please contact the office to make arrangements for a specific day.

Bishop McHugh Regional Catholic School located in Cape May County, offers an excellent education to students in preschool through eighth grade. Your Tuition & Fees

  The following are the tuition rates for 2011-2012

First Child $3,900.

Second Child $2,900.

Third + Child $2,400.

Non-Catholic - All children $4,850. each child

Registation fee (non-refundable) $100. each child

Pre-K $4,200.

$375 Family Fee: ($37.50 a month per family) Fees for Technology - covers cost of upgrading and maintaining computers and Smartboards and also helps with the maintenance of existing equipment. Cost of hosting, updating and maintaining our website. This provides you with daily information and happenings at school.

Fees Cover:

* Churchwerks - Communication on a daily basis of your child's academic standing.

* Instant Alert - Gives us the opportunity to communicate to you any emergencies or

    cancellations that might arise.

* Atlantic Coast System - For security and safety of your child/children

Every family is eligible for tuition assistance, so please apply. (Do not assume that your

For Your Information

* All uniforms are ordered through Flynn & O'Hara 1-800-441-3122 or www.flynnohara.com.

* Shoes may be ordered through Flocco's Shoes 1-800-799-3313. Flocco's also comes to the school for orders in the fall. Visit www.floccos.com for orders.

* Uniform exchange - Slightly used uniforms are available through school. This is a free service for everyone. You do not need to bring in an old uniform to receive another one.

* Bus transportation - Kindergarten to 8th grade. (Only Middle Township buses Pre-Kindergarten).

* SMART - monthly tuition payment plan (1-888-868-8828) forms available at school.

* Diocese Tuition Financial Aid website is www.smarttuitionaid.com to be filed online. Apply as soon as possible.

* Instrumental Music Band Lessons are available for grades 4-8. (Grade 3 begins in January of each year). Mrs. Walls may be contacted at school for additional information or visit www.bishopmchugh.com under FORMS.
