REGISTRATION NOW BEING TAKEN FOR NEW & RETURNING FAMILIES

Registration for the 2010-2011 school year is now being taken. In order to properly plan for next year, the deadline for returning families is March 12. All necessary forms were sent home Tuesday, Feb. 16. If you did not receive the folder, please click here for the packet. A letter with tuition information was also included in the folder. Individual forms from this packet are always available under the FORMS section of this website. Forms necessary for registration include bus transportation, EDP registration (if applicable), Physical Form and general registration.

Bishop McHughs 10^th Annual Golf Tournament Par-tee will be held at: the Avalon Golf Club on Friday, April 30, 2010

Schedule:

11:00 a.m. Golf registration

Noon Shotgun start with

scramble format

5:00 p.m. Dinner registration

5:30 p.m. Cocktail Hour

6:30 p.m. Dinner, awards, silent auction, 50/50, raffle drawing, dancing

Cost: $125 Per golfer for golfers with cart, greens fees, complimentary balls, boxed lunch, golfer gift, hors doeuvres and dinner. $40 Per dinner guest for hors doeuvres, dinner and dancing. Additional information and registration forms for golf and dinner will be available on Bishop McHugh website under "forms."

The 2010 Bishop Golf Tournament is slated for Friday, April 30 at Avalon Golf and Country Club. Click here for the 2010 brochure.

A Message from Nurse Thomas

All students entering sixth grade must have received the following Immunizations prior to the first day of school in September 2009: Meningococcal and Tdap. After receiving shots, please send documentation into the school.

Please remember to schedule your childs next yearly physical. If you need formsthey are available on the schools website. Return completed forms to school. New students must have a physical and updated immunization before starting school. Additional immunizations will be needed for sixth grade and Pre-K. Please check with your doctor to make sure all students are up to date with immunizations. Send any updates into school.
